I had a mixed experience at Jam Suites Boutique Hotel. The location was fantastic, situated in the heart of Palermo Soho, a vibrant area filled with shops and restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. however, the room I was first given left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. The decor felt worn and outdated, which affected my overall comfort during the stay.
